• 3–6 Days’ Notice: A rescheduling gift certificate will be issued, subject to a $100 service fee and reimbursement for any food or flower costs.
• Within 3 Days: No refunds or credits will be provided.
• Inclement Weather: Event details may be adjusted as needed (date, time, location). If the event proceeds with confirmation within 12 hours, no refunds will be issued.
